What?

This literature explains how open data should be used as a source of open education. This paper introduces various techniques such as critical thinking and data analysis techniques when using open data, and mentions the handling of technologies at the level.

So What?

In particular, this paper talks about research and scenario-based learning activities in the educational value of Open Data. Explain that this use of open data greatly helps the development of global citizens, and that collaboration and discussions with the community using open data can be facilitated. I also agree with this opinion, and I believe that scenario-based learning using open data in social collaboration is type of useful public education. Therefore, public education has justification for using open data in open education resources.

Now What?

Though this literature, I realized that open data can be open education and public education resources as well. I suggest that teachers need to use open data in their class if they use discussion or collaboration session. That will be useful for not only teachers and but also students.
